Our Energy and Resources Practice
Our Global Energy and Resources team advise on the full spectrum of energy-related clients from governments and national oil companies to developers, companies trading electricity and natural gas, as well as financial institutions providing capital and related services to these industries in all major resources jurisdictions.
The Role
Our Brisbane office is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years' energy and resources experience. Our Australian specialists are very active in M&A-related matters and lawyers joining our team can expect to work on:
high profile energy projects financing transactions mining and pipeline-related matters legislative and policy issues drafting and negotiating commercial agreements joint ventures, capital raisings, foreign investment laws, and native title issues. We are seeking candidates with:
