The RoleOur Brisbane office is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years' energy and resources experience.
Our Australian specialists are very active in M&A-related matters and lawyers joining our team can expect to work on:
high profile energy projectsfinancing transactionsmining and pipeline-related matterslegislative and policy issuesdrafting and negotiating commercial agreementsjoint ventures, capital raisings, foreign investment laws, and native title issues.We are seeking candidates with:
