About The Organisation Geraldton Flexible School is a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition. There are 23 Flexible Schools throughout Australia who offer a full-time and multiyear secondary education program for young people who have disengaged from mainstream schooling. Enrolled young people may express a broad range of complex education and social needs and flexible schools respond with a variety of flexible and innovative teaching and learning practices including vocational planning and the development of social connectedness.

About The Role The Associate Head of Campus position exists to provide leadership support across the Edmund Rice Flexible Learning School at Geraldton Flexible School site with a focus on Learning, Pedagogy and Curriculum. The role works in close cooperation with the Principal, and the Regional Support Team. The person has delegated responsibility to enhance, develop and maintain an innovative and inclusive education, wellbeing and social inclusion responses for Young People enrolled at Geraldton Flexible School.
