We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our Government Public & Regulatory team in Brisbane working with Ben Dub é and Matthew Hawker .
About the team and the work You will be acting for a range of Commonwealth clients in one of the largest and most highly regarded Government teams in the country.
This is a challenging role where you will have the opportunity to advise on a diverse range of administrative and regulatory matters in a fast-paced environment.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in regular advocacy work in Federal Courts and the Administrative Review Tribunal.
The team assists with some of the highest profile, sensitive and strategic matters, working with leading experts in the field.
It is the team's culture to develop the practice of individual lawyers according to their personal aspirations and interests.

About you Must have 3+ years Litigation experience, ideally in Administrative / Public law with merits, judicial review or regulatory law exposure.
The successful candidate will have a solid grounding and demonstrated interest in Administrative Law.
Ideally you will have advocacy experience in Tribunals and / or Federal Courts.
