We are currently seeking a capable 2 year + PAE lawyer to join our leading Sydney General Insurance team!
12th June, 2024 Turks are looking for a 2 year + PAE Lawyer or Associate to join our high performing and successful General Insurance team in Sydney

The successful candidate will work closely with our partners, senior associates and clients, taking a focus on complex property damage recoveries and indemnity disputes.

Responsibilities
You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
• working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters with a focus on property damage and indemnity disputes;
• develop skills in insurance law and litigation;
• have regular involvement and direct contact with clients; and
• appear in various courts and tribunals

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have:
• an academic qualification in law, with a current NSW Practicing Certificate;
• Experience in motor vehicle property damage litigation; and
• excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.

In addition, you will:
• be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
• have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and
• have a desire for personal development.
