Position Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and create illustrations for EGM products, from initial concept through to final polished assets.Create visually impactful symbol sets, UI elements, and layouts that fit within a given theme.Produce digital graphics and/or animations, ensuring correct file management.Manage all files and art assets.Create fonts, logos, game layouts, and branding.Contribute to a range of deliverables within the assigned studio team.Create layouts from existing game designs.Participate in team meetings to share relevant information and technology transfer.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Traditional 2D Illustration skills with a solid understanding of facial anatomy, materials, lighting, values, and color.Adobe Photoshop experience essential; previous experience with After Effects animation highly regarded.Good understanding of principles of 3D graphics.Extensive understanding of all art and files preparation, layout procedures and processes, type design, and manipulation.Ability to follow/maintain stringent guidelines.Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.Multi-tasking experience and abilities.Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.Detail-oriented and well organized.A critical eye for detail and ability to receive feedback and apply necessary changes.Highly Desirable Skills or Experience: Graphic design, typography, branding, and layout skills.Background in traditional art and drawing.3D software skills, e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.Gaming industry/related experience preferred.Experience, Education and Qualification: Experience in illustration, design, layout, rendering skills, and animation/motion design.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Working Conditions: Light & Wonder and its affiliates (collectively, "L&W") are engaged in highly regulated gaming and lottery businesses.
