About the Role Partnering with our rockstar Relationship Managers to support valued FI Customers, no two days will be the same.
You'll collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance our cutting-edge platforms and hunt for process improvements to shake up the FI Customer experience. Settle in for the occasional escalation challenge (we've got your back!).

Key Accountabilities Working broadly across the PEXA team to ensure that commitments to our customers such as action items from meetings are tracked and coordinated, communicated appropriately through Account Manager and client. Manage portfolio of FI customers, driving PEXA adoption of enhancements, new solutions and data products. Respond to feedback, investigate workspaces and provide insights. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Comms, Events) on FI communications, invite lists and streamlining processes for exceptional customer experience. Conduct research and reporting from industry publications, market reports and FI annual reports relevant to PEXA's FI operations. Leverage data insights (Medallia, Tableau) to analyze performance, produce reports and provide business analytics supporting the FI team's operations and commitments. Ensure all outcomes link to network growth, confidence, uptake and efficiency for PEXA and FI participants. Analyse processes investigate potential issues impacting FIs on the Exchange. Skills and Experience Experience with the conveyancing, property or banking industry is ideal but not mandatory. Experience with Business Transformation, process re-engineering and/or systems implementations is ideal. Customer service/relationship/sales experience. Project Management experience. Tableau reporting experience. Salesforce navigation/reporting experience. Key Attributes Must be a team player and able to work with and through others. Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Strong analytic and decision-making abilities. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Ability to grow and manage key relationships with stakeholders. Engaging and collaborative. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, including active listening skills.
