Our national Environmental Planning & Approvals team work on a diverse range of renewable energy, resources and infrastructure projects bringing innovative approaches to approvals strategy, impact assessment, cumulative assessments, as well as the communication of complex scientific matters. Here's what you can expect  You'll join a leading team of environmental planning & approvals professionals and focus on the delivery of state significant environmental impact assessments and approval strategies across a range of sectors With a steady flow of big projects, you'll have the choice and opportunity to work across different sectors The opportunity to showcase your technical planning expertise and leadership, developing approval strategies for a diverse range of projects You'll be supported by specialist teams across EMM and leaders who'll be there to help you to deliver and development  Development in many ways; whether you learn best through structured development programs, mentoring or on the job with industry leaders, you'll have the support you need to grow Satisfaction from inspiring and supporting other EMMer's on their development journey The autonomy, flexibility and support you need to balance all aspects of your life (including part-time and flexible arrangements that work for you) With offices across Australia; you'll be able to flex and enjoy hybrid working at its best Here's what you'll bring to have impact  A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in environmental management, assessments and approvals Deep expertise and knowledge of State and Commonwealth planning legislation Experienced in the delivery of projects across either renewables, energy, mining, or, infrastructure Project management skills that have helped you to achieve high quality delivery outcomes for approvals Highly developed research, analysis and report writing skills The ability to coach, mentor and develop others and to act as a technical lead for environmental planning legislation Our goal is to build a team of EMMers that looks like the world around us — and we want EMMers to stay and grow.
