Adeptly draft legal documentation and provide strategic counsel on intricate energy-related concerns planning renewable energy projects, oil and gas transactions and mining agreements. Contribute to negotiation processes and drafting of various contracts and agreements. Requirements 2-5 years of post admission experience with most of this experience on energy related matters.
