Responsibilities
Drafting employment contracts and advising on workplace policies & executive contracts.Representing & advising clients from a diverse range of industries, on issues such as unfair dismissals, anti-discrimination law, and occupational health and safety law.Acting on industrial relations matters & negotiating disputes with trade unions.Key Requirements:
A minimum of 2-4 years PQE gained with at least some of this experience gained in a private practice.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsA positive and proactive attitude.
