The role We are currently seeking an Associate Drafter – Dams & Hydropower to contribute to the development and production of project deliverables in our Brisbane office and assist on major projects across ANZ. With a minimum of 8 years of commercial experience in civil design, you will play a key role in providing top class design drawings to our clients.
With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: Minimum 12 years in a similar role with civil design for transport and infrastructure projects Proven 12D or Civil3D experience essential Ability to check structural drawings/designs Experience working on Transport & Infrastructure projects including familiarity with local Australian standards In return, SMEC offers you the flexibility and benefits that come from working in a global multidisciplinary consultancy in an environment where your fresh ideas and enthusiasm will be welcomed and rewarded.
