In this role, you will:

Engage in a wide variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters.Appear at pre-hearing conferences and directions hearings.Draft legal documents, including Statements of Claim, Affidavits, and briefs to Counsel.Conduct legal research and provide detailed advice to clients.Prepare cost estimates and calculate costs according to scale.Attend mediations in Supreme and County Court proceedings.Manage your own files in accordance with court timetables.Record time and prepare billing.Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and law graduates.Contribute to business development, marketing activities, and maintaining legal precedents. ABOUT YOU You have:

2-3 years post-admission experience (PAE) in litigation or dispute resolution.Strong drafting and attention to detail.Effective communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills.A commercial mind, thrive in fast-paced environments, and an ability to work independently.
