The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum 10+ years of civil design experience, including local experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven ability to drive business growth
Degree in Civil Engineering
CPEng / NER accreditation
Proficiency in 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC, and AutoCAD
Experience in urban development projects
Excellent project management and prioritization skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, especially in report writing
Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards
A positive attitude and collaborative spirit
