The position reports to the CIO and operates under their open direction. The role also has line management responsibility for the Information Services team.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience at a senior level, in the provision and support of complex software systems in an enterprise environment. The proven ability to provide leadership to a team of software and data engineers and system integrators. You will have experience in delivering modern identity management solutions in a complex organisation.You will also have the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders of the University and on behalf of the University with external consultants and service providers.About the DirectorateTechnology and Digital Services provide information and digital systems and services to the whole of UNE to support all IT activities within UNE. It provides knowledge and leadership to support the academic, research and service activities of the University by deploying technology services, either centrally or dispersed, across the University. The Directorate works closely with the university community to understand and support their needs in meeting the university's strategic objectives.
