Our clients value our proactive approach, depth of expertise, integrity and the quality we deliver.As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionThe role is responsible to manage and run the Commercial team to deliver cost management services across multiple projects in the Commercial and Industrial sectors.Work effectively as part of a cost management team, to ensure that all deliverables are met.Perform cost planning and cost estimating duties.Measurement of quantities based on design drawings.Responsible for pre contract cost planning services during design stages of projects.Integrate with full cost management and project management teams in Queensland and support when required.Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.QualificationsA recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management desired.MAIQS / MRICS certification advantageous.Consultancy environment work experience desirable.Proficient in the use of CostX.Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast paced environment.Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently.Local project experience is desirable.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
