Associate Director, Research Performance and Reporting Churchill, West Gippsland & Latrobe Valley VIC Management - Universities, Other (Education & Training) Research Services - Berwick, Mt Helen or Gippsland Campus Full-time, continuing appointment Attractive remuneration on offer About the role The Associate Director, Research Performance and Reporting, is responsible for providing high-level strategic advice relating to research quality and performance at sector and University level.
The position will ensure research activities, outcomes, and impacts are monitored, evaluated, benchmarked, and communicated to key stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in the advancement of the University's strategic research agenda.
You will: Lead and manage the achievement of significant organisational objectives and programs.
Manage complex research data and analytics projects identifying trends and providing key insights.
Lead the development, maintenance, and extension of networks, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Foster collaborative relationships to enhance the strategic priorities of Federation University's research.
About you Reporting to the Director, Research and Innovation, you will possess extensive experience in data analysis, benchmarking, and performance reporting within a research or academic environment.
You will have demonstrated extensive problem-solving and organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a high level of detail.
You will possess: Extensive experience in the evaluation, support, and implementation of Research Information Management Systems in the Australian Higher Education context.
Demonstrated skills in research, evaluation, and interpretation of data for internal reporting and planning purposes.
High-level communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team service environment.
