The Opportunity:

Skills and Experience:
We are seeking individuals with proven experience of working on quantum and contractual claims, ideally in the construction industry.
Ideally, you will possess the following skills and experience:
Demonstrable experience of working on quantum and contractual claims.
Relevant construction degree such as Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, and a secondary construction legal qualification, plus professional memberships commensurate with the specialization.
Proven ability to personally or assist in the delivery of quantum reports for construction contractors, solicitors, and/or other clients from determining causality through to report writing.
Demonstrable understanding of the various forms of contract and quantum principles, with the ability to communicate and utilize this in client-facing situations.
The ability to demonstrate previous work-winning ability in securing fee-earning quantum work for yourself and other consultants in the Asia Pacific region would be highly desirable.
