The successful candidate will have the chance to partner with Specialist Industries customers, Relationship Managers, and Product Partners to complete thorough credit assessments.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney.What you'll do:Partner with Specialist Industries customers, Relationship Managers, and Product Partners to complete thorough credit assessments.Apply strong credit and industry portfolio analysis skills towards credit proposal recommendations.Manage compliance and assess both new and existing transactions.Develop and maintain a strong awareness of relevant industries, key trends, economic trends, and market forces.Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Product Partners, and the broader credit team to structure deals.Manage a portfolio of Specialised customers.Work closely with lending services to minimise provisions.What you bring:Current and ongoing understanding of industry trends.Ability to support customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services.Experience in assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness.Proven ability in building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Effective coaching techniques and strategies.Experience in selection, prioritisation and management of a portfolio of work.Ability to translate business requirements into solutions by understanding needs, feasibility and impact.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
