In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of NAIF's communications and marketing engagement efforts, ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful.Ultimately you will be a digital specialist with considerable understanding and experience of digital and social channels including how to enhance, analyse, and use paid media to optimise channel performance.Your leadership will extend to managing the development of collateral and content, overseeing the processes by which NAIF ensures accuracy and secures necessary approvals.
As a leader, you'll mentor and guide one direct report, with a strong emphasis on their professional growth and development.You'll be instrumental in promoting NAIF's presence at conferences, supporting our attendance and sponsorship efforts.
Additionally, you'll take the lead in organising and managing a series of webinars, designed to highlight NAIF's expertise and position us as an innovative financier and solutions provider.Maintaining the NAIF website will also be under your responsibility, so SEO and SEM experience will be essential along with ensuring it remains up-to-date and working with the Chief Strategic Policy and Engagement Officer on future development strategies.
Your strategic input will be essential in preparing briefing documents for the Board, Minister's Office, the Department, the Office of Northern Australia, and the NAIF Executive.You'll help gather information to support responses to media inquiries and information requests from the Minister's Office and Federal Government agencies, serving as a point of contact at times.
You'll help gather information to support NAIF's preparations for Senate Estimates, assisting in the creation of briefing documents and responses to Questions on Notice.
Your research and analytical skills will support our efforts, particularly in relation to stakeholder engagement research and understanding our audience needs, along with analysing our digital channel performance.Finally, you'll provide crucial support to the Stakeholder Relations and Communications Team and the Chief Strategic Policy and Engagement Officer, ensuring input and delivery of the Stakeholder Engagement, Communications and Marketing Strategy annually.About you: Considerable understanding and experience of digital and social channels to optimise channel performance.Strong written, communication and presentation skills to support reporting requirements.Highly organised with the ability to be responsive and coordinate responses to numerous tasks simultaneously.Excellent written, communication and presentation development skills as well as research skills to be able to verify and write engaging content relevant for different audiences.A general understanding of the machinery of government and the workings of the Minister's Office.Sound judgement and strategic insight, combined with a pragmatic approach.Rigorous and disciplined analytical processes with ability to probe into important details.
