Key Responsibilities:
Lead M&A transactions, focusing on sell-side mandates, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding outcomes.Support and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process.Collaborate with Managing Directors on business strategy and deal origination.Implement innovative deal strategies tailored to clients across industries.What We're Looking ForExperience: 6–10 years in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in M&A lead advisory roles.Leadership: Proven ability to lead transactions and mentor teams effectively.Expertise: Strong understanding of M&A processes, particularly sell-side transactions, with a focus on mid-market businesses.Collaborative Nature: A personable, team-oriented professional who thrives in a flat organisational structure.Global Perspective: Candidates with experience in similar markets (UK, US, Hong Kong, etc.)
