As Associate Director, you will leverage NAB's extensive research and partners to source and deliver market & investment insights pertinent to wholesale investors via a multi-channel approach. You will work with the Head of Investment Insights to help shape the research and insights strategy by providing client and competitor feedback, while identifying opportunities to bring richer insights to our clients.A unique role with exposure across complex & sophisticated customer groupsBring your relationship management experience, together with markets knowledge & investment expertiseJoin an Innovative and high energy team cultureIn this role, you will:Source, collate & distil content, along with meaningful insights and trade ideas, tailored for wholesale investors through a multi-channel approach (e.g. online, face to face & virtual events, via frontline). This also includes developing tactical insights, responding to market movements and trends and translating the implications for investors.Be an expert when it comes to markets investments for wholesale investors, sharing & delivering insights at events/key client meetings/media.Work alongside front-line relationship management teams across Private Wealth to develop a deep understanding of the client base and deliver value add & appropriate market & investment insights, content & education to wholesale clients.Support frontline roles by providing tailored investment training and education based on roles & experience.Build and promote NAB's expertise and brand through interaction with media and other applicable channels (e.g. social media).Deliver regular market & investment insights through various channels, frequency & mediums (e.g. weekly market insights, monthly newsletters, holding quarterly forums).What you'll bring:Extensive experience working within markets or wealth management business.Strong market and technical investment knowledge especially across equities, fixed income, FX Derivatives and alternatives.An ability to communicate with clients through cohesive, consistent and easy-to-understand messages.Proven relationship management/customer facing experience is essential.Deep understanding of market forces.Excellent organisational and presentation skills.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
