About the Role
Located in Melbourne, this role provides vital support to the State Director and plays a key part in fostering a strong internal service culture within the team. The role is responsible for delivering a responsive and proactive service approach that aligns with both the operational and strategic needs of the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and promoting a positive service delivery culture. Supporting change management initiatives throughout the Team to ensure the organisation continues to grow and evolve. Engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve timely and effective outcomes. Providing support, development, and mentorship to direct reports to enhance performance and skill growth. Ensuring the ongoing development of team members to support a high-performing, motivated, and capable team. This position is ideal for an experienced commercial valuer seeking to step into a leadership role.
About you
We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed commercial valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications. Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) and/or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S). Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified valuer. Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills. Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication. What we offer
