About you The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will bring:
5 - 8 years of consulting or advisory experienceExcellent results in a tertiary degree of your choiceAbility to solve unstructured or ambiguous problems throughapplication of logical and systematic problem solvingtechniquesExecutive-level communication skills including the abilityto synthesise complex information in both oral and writtenformats to inform fast decision making by senior businessleadersStrong leadership and coaching skills, with experiencemanaging teams and engagementsExcellent relationship building skills and ability tocollaborate effectively with diverse client and internalstakeholdersYou should be willing to contribute to the business developmentactivities of the practice and, in time, to develop your own fieldsof specialisation and network of professional contacts. You thriveon a challenge, display excellent communication and negotiationskills, and are motivated to deliver the highest standards ofclient service.
