Join one of Australia's leading architectural firms as a Director and drive new business development in the NT.Our Client is a dynamic and innovative architecture firm specializing in Residential and Mixed-Use developments. As an Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities for the firm and further building their brand in Darwin. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and expanding their market presence. Your ability to understand architectural services and communicate their value will be essential.About the role:Prospecting and Lead Generation to identify and research potential clients, including developers, real estate firms, and construction companies.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our network.Leverage existing contacts and develop new ones within the architecture and design community.Client Relationship Management to cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.Understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.Collaborate with project teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.Market Analysis and Strategy: analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.Develop strategic plans to position our firm effectively.Identify growth areas and target segments for business expansion.Sales Metrics and Reporting: track business development activities, leads, and conversion rates.Provide regular reports to senior management.Continuously refine strategies based on performance data.What you will need:In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in business development, preferably within the architecture or design industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand architectural concepts and articulate their value to clients.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable.What We Can Offer:120K to 140K Annual + Super + CommissionsPermanent PlacementYour Next Steps:If you feel you have the skills and experience to be a success in this role, apply now with a current resume for more information or a confidential discussion about your next career move.Please contact Jemma on ****** or on 0467 962 ***.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
