About the position
This position operates within the Information Services, Enterprise Services Function, directly reporting to the Director, Enterprise Services. With a focus on overseeing four key streams—Digital Services, ServiceNow and SAP, Salesforce, and Enabling Services—the Associate Director will lead a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the delivery, functionality, and security of enterprise applications critical for the university's operations.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:
Extensive knowledge of IT and data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.Proficiency in data management, information security, and compliance tools and technologies.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to data privacy and protection, such as the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and GDPR.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on practical and effective solutions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Application Process
