About the Role
Located in Adelaide, this role is responsible for providing strategic leadership to ensure the short- and long-term growth and success of Opteon. This will be achieved by working with the Regional Director and other Associate Directors & Directors to implement and deliver the regional strategy. The strategic motivation for this role is to assist managing valuation operations within the Core Commercial division, achieving operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations.
About You
We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed commercial valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) and or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S) Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified valuer with the past 1 year+ in a leadership role Proven growth success Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication What We Offer
