Since then, they have gone from strength to strength in the quality of their projects, and the calibre of their service offering. These days, they have 6 successful offices across the APAC region, employing well over 200 full-time staff.
This firm is highly regarded within the industry. They have carefully developed a culture that is collaborative, productive, and fun to work in.
In Sydney, over the last few years, they have developed a knack for winning design competitions - including some really sought-after projects. They have achieved this by engaging highly creative and exciting individuals to push the boundaries.
They are rolling into 2025 with a full work program already locked in. This enables them to be selective in the work they are offered and affords them the time and resources to go after the projects they want.
The Design team operates across their offices in a high-achieving 'bubble'; the Directors consider this team to be absolutely critical to the firm's success going forward.
It is for these reasons they are looking to secure the services of an accomplished Architect, with real presence, who can make a positive contribution to the design function within their Sydney Studio.
The Role
This Associate Director role will involve working closely with clients and other stakeholders to arrive at a workable concept for a range of new build residential and mixed-use project types.
Required attributes Conceptual design talent, regardless of number of years experience.Experience of leading the design of mid to large scale projects.Exposure to The State Design Review Panel (SDRP) would be highly regarded.Excellent communication and presentation skills are absolutely essential for this role.To apply
