The Opportunity We are expanding our Expert team in Australia and are looking for experienced project planners or engineers with an interest in forensic planning and delay analysis that are looking to make, or have already made, the transition into specialising in dispute resolution and construction claims.
As a result of the continued success of our business, we are looking to welcome an experienced delay professional to our experienced team and are open to you being based in either Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Melbourne.
Skills and Experience Ideally, you will possess the following skills and experience:
Exceptional and demonstrable experience working in the construction industry with experience working on live projects.Experience working as a delay expert and/or a lead assistant in the infrastructure sector.Experience of dispute management and ideally had involvement in arbitration or Expert Witness proceedings.Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes.Strong skills using relevant software tools, which includes but is not limited to the following: Primavera P6 and MS Project.Knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis.The ability to demonstrate previous work winning ability in securing fee earning quantum work for yourself and other consultants in the Asia Pacific region would be highly desirable.What we Offer At HKA we recognise that our people are critical to our ongoing success.
