Currie & Brown is looking for an Associate Director (Cost Management) to join our team in our Brisbane office. As an Associate Director, you'll work on and deliver pre-contract cost management services across a portfolio of exciting projects. In this role, we will be looking to you to develop and win business in our expanding Infrastructure team. You will bring a vast knowledge and understanding of this sector to the business and look to build a team around you to further develop this service line.
What will you be doing? Providing accurate estimation and cost planning advice and presenting it to our clients.Managing a team and providing continuous development.Delivering assignments competently and professionally.Managing resources, cost, and time effectively to ensure margins are met.Providing regular feedback to the director on the commissions under your management.Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships.What do you need? At least 10+ years within the Infrastructure sector in APAC and a track record of delivering large-scale projects.BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).Significant pre-contract experience.Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute.A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible.About UsCurrie & Brown prioritizes the long term and honors our commitments.
