Associate Director - Corporate and Institutional Finance Project SpecialistAs an Associate Director within our Finance, Change and Enablement division, you will support the Corporate and Institutional Banking Head of Finance Enablement & Change in executing against their key priorities to develop customer centric finance solutions and support NAB deliver quality customer service.Perfect for a candidate with an inquisitive mind and can-do attitude.Fantastic opportunity to design and deliver solutions that drive better outcomes for customer and colleagues.Finance data project specialist focussed on Markets Business. Located in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.In this Associate Director role, you willSupport the digitalisation and modernisation of Finance and enable better outcomes for their customers and teams.Analyse end to end data flows and processes, including process mapping, requirement writing, testing etc.Work with CIB Finance stakeholders and SMEs to document Finance Requirements, Solution design discussions, works with technology teams, UAT testing planning and coordination; and Go Live implementation.Analyse and make recommendations on improvements for end-to-end finance processes and services.Bringing data together, cleanse & make it available on one platform that can be accessed by Finance Partners and business heads.What you will bringExtensive experience delivering simplified solutions for finance teams.Profound experience in project optimisation role with Finance.Experience in data programs including enterprise level experience.Strong inter-personal skills to develop relationships within a variety of stakeholders across Finance, and influence stakeholders to drive an improvement in the quality of reporting.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision.Agile approach to analysis & problem solving – able to source and use relevant information (internal and external) to identify problems and offer sustainable solutions.CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) an advantage but not essential.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
