We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team to specialise in growing our construction business in conjunction with our construction teams in Sydney, Brisbane and Hong Kong.
Requirements:Previous recruitment experience within the Perth or Adelaide construction markets.A desire to be in the trenches billing with your team.Passion for the industry and knowledge of market trends, developments, and opportunities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.This role requires a strong business developer who can nurture current clients, as well as create opportunities for your team.
