This is a fantastic opportunity for an up-and-coming account manager who is looking to expand their career in business development and client management.As an Associate Corporate Relationship Manager at Kaplan Professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within the financial services industry. You will work closely with C-Suite, Compliance Managers, and HR Managers to ensure their expectations and needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clientsRenewing contracts for ongoing salesDeveloping new business opportunitiesRepresenting the company as a brand ambassador at industry and client eventsResponsibilities:Providing outstanding client management support and developing and maintaining professional relationships with corporate clients and key contactsContributing to sales and profitability targets by assisting the sales team to provide service to corporate clientsCreating sales revenue by generating new contracts and renewing contracts for existing clientsLeading the coordination of in-house programs by communicating customer requirements for the implementation, delivery, and quality control of corporate programsContribute to the development and enhancement of client management processes, procedures, and reportingAttend industry and client events regularlyAssisting in the management of ongoing monthly accounts for all Business Development programsRequirements:B2B sales experience within the financial services industry or education industry (essential)Demonstrated operational and people management skillsProven ability to generate salesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsQuality and attention to detailKnowledge and understanding of the finance services industry (desirable)
