The Opportunity Armed with an exciting growth agenda the organisation is keen to bolster its existing Corporate Development team.
A rare and exciting opportunity has therefore arisen to appoint a Corporate Development Associate, to contribute to bringing the company's strategic growth initiatives to life and help build the Corporate Development team.
This highly visible role will provide the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, including directly with the executive leadership team.
The role Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Development, you will be accountable for identifying, evaluating, recommending and executing proposed organic and inorganic opportunities including acquisitions, investments and other business propositions, from early stage analysis though to successful integration.
You will be required to participate in all research and technical activities required to support the organisation's M&A activities, as well as the preparation of impactful business cases.
Enough about us, let talk about you You are: A hands-on Corporate Development or Strategy specialist Possessing strong commercial acumen Proven track record of successful strategy development and/or of executing strategic initiatives within competitive and entrepreneurial environment.
Suitably qualified Advanced Excel modelling skills Strong business case development capabilities Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
Alternatively, you may: Be a Senior Analyst, Associate or Manager at a Big 4 or Corporate Advisory Firm 3 to 5 years of direct experience in M&A, Transaction Support or Corporate Valuation and seeking your first move from advisory.
This is a fast paced role in a dynamic environment with no two days being the same, however you will be working in a great team with a rewarding, supportive and collaborative culture.
