DescriptionOPPORTUNITYAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Lawyer to join our dynamic Sydney Commercial team!This position is ideally suited to a proactive individual who enjoys direct client interaction and is eager to take their legal career to the next level.In this role you will have exposure to a broad range of areas of commercial and corporate law including contract drafting, not for profit, corporate governance and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and information technology.You will work closely with our senior practitioners who are keen to share their knowledge and support your professional development. We recognise talent with genuine opportunities for promotion for the right person who wants to progress their career.ABOUT YOUYou will have:between 1 and 4 years' PQE working across a range of areas in corporate and commercial law;a willingness to learn and flexibility to tackle new challenges by applying your skills to commercial work where you might not have prior experience;a desire to advance your business development skills;excellent written and verbal communication skills;outstanding attention to detail; anda strong commitment to excellence in client service.You will also be:a self-motivated individual capable of working independently, as required; anda team player who can take direction and is passionate about collaborative growth.The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.HOW TO APPLYWe only require your CV.
