Associate — Corporate & Commercial

The positionWe have a rare opportunity for a corporate and commercial lawyer with three to four years' PAE to join our entrepreneurial Corporate & Commercial group.

About you Have a strong commitment to excellence and helping clients achieve positive outcomes.Keen to join a high-performing team.Bring your ambition and initiative to the role.Enjoy collaborative working and problem-solving.Main duties and responsibilities Engaging with clients on challenging legal and business issues.Representing clients in legal proceedings.Negotiating contract terms and agreements on behalf of clients.Examining and advising on business mergers & acquisitions.Drafting advice and contracts.Providing legal support to clients when dealing with business transactions.Working on commercial contracts.Commercial advisory and regulatory advice.Experience, skills and qualities required Three to four years experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer;Hold a valid practising certificate;Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;Strong research and legal drafting skills;Rigby Cooke Lawyers offers a range of benefits to staff, including:
