Beaumont&Beaumont is seeking a part-time Associate Consultant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a someone studying part-time, a recent graduate or an administrative assistant with a background working in professional services looking for a career in the Government, legal or policy sectors, and who would like to work alongside and/or gain insight into potential career pathways in government departments.
Associate Consultants Beaumont&Beaumont is a small, tightknit team based in Canberra. Associate Consultants provide support directly to the Principal Consultants and the Chief Executive Officer on assisted recruitment, executive search, permanent placements and contract/labour hire arrangements. We pride ourselves on professionalism, quality, and integrity. We work largely across the Commonwealth Public Service, engaging positively with CEO's, Agency Heads, Statutory Office Holders, and Senior Executives and their offices on a daily basis.
Typical duties include:
Proofing documents, as well as drafting job ads, reports, proposals and tenders; Scribing shortlisting meetings and interviews as well as conducting referee checks; Stakeholder engagement with clients and candidates; Conducting market research; Reviewing applications and contributing to shortlisting; Basic legislative and policy research to ensure processes comply with relevant requirements; and Ad hoc administrative duties and data management as required.
