Your Role We have an exciting opportunity for a disputes lawyer at Associate level (PQE 2-5) to join a busy and dynamic construction disputes practice.
This role based in Melbourne is focused on litigation and dispute resolution in relation to the construction and infrastructure industry both in Victoria and interstate.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate solid dispute resolution experience.
We are looking for an Associate to have carriage of matters, with the experience and confidence to engage with clients, be a team player, and work with diligent senior lawyers.
What you need We welcome applications from lawyers with a minimum of 2-5 years PQE looking to take the next step in your career in a Tier 1 practice.
Ideally, you will have experience in construction disputes, good advocacy skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines.
Besides your technical and legal knowledge, you will have an ability to manage client relationships and provide guidance, leadership, and mentoring to the junior members in the team.
