08th November, 2024Due to growth in our practice, we are currently seeking a commercial lawyer with 3 years + PAE to join our Commercial litigation team on a full-time basis.ResponsibilitiesYou will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Working on a diverse range of commercial litigation, regulatory investigation, and prosecution matters;Being a key contact with regular involvement with clients;Appearing in various courts and tribunals;Supervising and training junior lawyers.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will have:
At least 3 years+ PAE;Experience in managing a busy practice;Experience in commercial litigation;Excellent organisational, analytical, drafting, and communication skills;Ability to show flexibility, adaptability, and be a genuine team player.In addition, you will:
