08th November, 2024 Due to growth in our practice, we are currently seeking a commercial lawyer with 3 years + PAE to join our Commercial litigation team on a full time basis.
Responsibilities You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to: working on a diverse range of commercial litigation, regulatory investigation and prosecution matters; be a key contact with regular involvement with clients; appear in various courts and tribunals; and supervise and train junior lawyers.
Requirements To be considered for this role, you will have At least 3 years+ PAE; Experience in managing a busy practice; Experience in commercial litigation; Excellent organisational, analytical, drafting and communication skills; and Ability to show flexibility, adaptability and be a genuine team player.
In addition, you will: be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service; have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and have a desire for continuous development.
