Are you a passionate and skilled lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives? This reputable law firm is currently seeking a talented Associate Commercial Lawyer.
YOU WILL: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements, including but not limited to sales contracts, vendor agreements, and employment contracts. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various commercial issues, including contract interpretation, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Assisting with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. Conducting legal research and analysis to support client matters and stay abreast of legal developments impacting the business environment. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives and deliver high-quality legal services. Supporting senior lawyers with litigation matters, including pre-litigation negotiations and document preparation.
