As a Customer Lending Solutions Associate within New and Increases you will:

Create and prepare, or assist in the creation and preparation, of lending submissions, including obtaining and collating information for customers.

Perform credit analysis, financial modeling, and interpretation of customers' financial information.

Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process, maintaining accountability, and engaging the necessary internal/external contacts.

Develop strong customer relationships to identify opportunities and build advocacy.

Contribute to, and actively participate in, team meetings, continuous improvement practices, and sharing of skills and knowledge.

What you will bring:

Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit experience .

Minimum of 1 year experience in banking .

Proven experience with financial analysis .

Understanding of policy and verification requirements.

A willingness to continue learning and strive to achieve positive customer outcomes .
