About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Respond appropriately to, and provide support and direction to manage, sudden alterations in the health status of the consumer/person using advanced nursing assessment and intervention skills. Demonstrate commitment to continuous quality improvement and best practice principles to optimise person centred care and organisational outcomes by undertaking projects and research and policy review as required. Participate in the professional development of self and others utilising contemporary practice in the delivery of improved standards of care.
