What is the role? We are looking for an exceptional Associate to join our Customer Care team, which provides insightful care and support to our valued Customers from both New Zealand and Australia. New challenges will lurk around every corner and you'll be in the company of a highly skilled team solving problems collaboratively.
What you will be doing Collaborate with customers, key stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring you are facilitating seamless and considered resolutions. Promote understanding, facilitate business decision-making processes, with feedback to relevant divisions in our business, as you capture and ensure information is clearly communicated. Work in web applications, products and numerous platforms to provide comprehensive support in all interactions Work in an agile team environment delivering care, support and value to all of our Customers, through varying channels such as phone, live chat, and email. Maintaining and developing existing relationships, with a customer-first approach and the desire to create a remarkable experience. Identifying opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction and success throughout each of your interactions Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and identify areas for continual-improvement Job Qualifications: Are you the right fit?
