As an Associate Client Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting your Client Partner and Account Director the identification of future potential talent through attracting, shortlisting and assessing for the unique needs of our diverse clients.
Lead by your Client Partner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, industry experts, and clients to deliver innovative and engaging candidate experiences that align with our clients' strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities Support the successful delivery of streamlined recruitment processes for cohorts ranging from 5-150+ early career professionals.Own candidate management processes and ensure an outstanding candidate experience for all applicants.Build strong relationships with clients and support the Client Partner to monitor and achieve campaign objectives.Manage all candidate communications and ensure internal systems are updated and maintained with a high degree of accuracy.Coordinate and work with the team to deliver multiple campaigns with a high volume of applicants, to a high quality.Assist with the facilitation of client and candidate assessment centres/briefings/information sessions, both in person and virtuallyContribute to Fusion team projects and deliverables as required. Who are we looking for? 2+ years of customer service experience (e.g. retail, hospitality etc.) Completed a Bachelor's degree within Commerce, HR, Psychology or related fieldsStrong stakeholder management and excellent communication skillsInterest in recruitment, HR and stakeholder managementThrive in a flexible, team-based environment where you have accountability for individual and team deliverables Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for this role you must be:
