Senior to Associate-level Civil Engineer
to join the leadership team.

OurCanberra team is working on small, medium and large projects across a range of sectors, including projects in Defence and DFAT.
But we have a national team approach to all our projects, which means you will work on projects across Australia, not just projects in the ACT, ensuring you gain a breadth of experience across a diverse range of projects and industries.What you'll doWork on iconic projectsManage ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with clients;Lead and deliver current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction in support of technical and commercial standards, and within time constraints and cost budgets;Work in a varied, hands-on role with a leadership angle across design management, superintendency and site surveillanceDelegate and supervise the work of junior engineers, and;Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.About youSolid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environmentWell versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector, e.g.
commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions and infrastructure/roads;Strong client relationship management and project management skills;Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC etc.
);Proficiency with 12D and Civil 3D (desirable but not essential);Drainage software experience preferred.About WSPWSP is one of the world's leading professional services consulting firms.
