The Opportunity – Civil Team Lead
This is a senior role in the Brisbane office, and to the Civil capability across the business. You'll provide leadership to an established civil engineering team and ensure the technical delivery of a range of large-scale urban infrastructure projects. Your proven high-level technical engineering experience in the management, design, documentation and construction of the civil engineering components are crucial for your success in this role. You'll work closely with the Structures Director influencing the ongoing growth of the civil business, and wider region, and have a genuine pathway to Director and shareholder.
Skills/Experience Required: Bachelor Civil Engineering, Chartered Engineer 15 years+ consulting engineering experience Extensive experience in design and management of civil engineering facets of residential, institutional, commercial and industrial property development projects Strong interpersonal skills and focus on quality outcomes What's on Offer: Genuine influence in a highly successful business Large scale, complex projects, committed (business development is not a major part of this position) Quality focus engineering; not price-based clientele Intrinsic focus on innovation and ongoing engineering improvement Immediate seat at the management table, upfront plan for your ongoing advancement With existing Directorship spread across three different generations, this is a business that fosters diversity – fresh thinking, new approaches and innovation.
