About the Role: These Associate and Senior Associate jobs will work with a large team of experienced and dedicated colleagues and have ongoing support at hand. A typical day will include: Advising clients in relation to divorce & separation, property settlements, child support related matters, relocations and de-facto and same sex couples. Regular client contact that is empathetic and service and outcome focused Building & maintaining strong client relationships Business development including building solid referral networks File Management Supporting and supervising junior staff Liaising with a national team of highly experienced family layers in all aspects of day to day matters including professional practice. About You: You will: Have at least 5 years of PAE experience in Family Law. Have a positive "can-do attitude" with proven experience in running your own cases and file management. Be goal oriented in achieving exceptional outcomes for clients and AFL. Possess strong business acumen and understand the importance of managing time, achieving commercial outcomes, and be disciplined in debtor and time management.
