Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.
An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Perpetual Wealth Management team as an Associate, Adviser Support within Jacaranda.
The wealth management business consists of three distinct brands in addition to Perpetual Private - Fordham, Jacaranda financial planning and Priority Life - offering a unique mix of wealth management, advice and trustee services. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.
About the role
Join our dynamic team at Jacaranda! As an Associate, Adviser Support, you will:
Attend and actively participate in client meetings to support the Financial Advisers in the provision of a highly personal and compelling client experienceArrange & coordinate documentation for client meetingsManage workflow to deliver to client needs. Maintain an understanding of operational processes for other teams including paraplanning and operationsMonitor client accounts & team dashboards & maintain client recordsAct as the key liaison for the Financial Advisers within the team/pod, administrative and operational team for the purposes of escalations and investigations. Assist Financial Advisers to resolve client requests including the provision of ad hoc investment advice via Records of Advice (where authorised to provide advice) About you
We're looking for someone with:
Tertiary QualificationMinimum 2-3 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services experienceExperience with Xplan desirableExperience in a client facing roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent relationship building skills How we work
