The wealth management business consists of three distinct brands in addition to Perpetual Private – Fordham, Jacaranda financial planning, and Priority Life – offering a unique mix of wealth management, advice, and trustee services. About the role Join our dynamic team at Jacaranda! As an Associate, Adviser Support, you will: Attend and actively participate in client meetings to support the Financial Advisers in the provision of a highly personal and compelling client experience.Arrange & coordinate documentation for client meetings.Manage workflow to deliver to client needs and maintain an understanding of operational processes for other teams including paraplanning and operations.Monitor client accounts & team dashboards and maintain client records.Act as the key liaison for the Financial Advisers within the team/pod, administrative and operational team for escalations and investigations. Assist Financial Advisers to resolve client requests including the provision of ad hoc investment advice via Records of Advice (where authorised to provide advice). About you We're looking for someone with: Tertiary Qualification.Minimum 2-3 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience.Experience with Xplan desirable.Experience in a client-facing role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Excellent relationship-building skills.
