Responsibilities Client Engagement :Serve as the primary contact for client onboarding and ongoing inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
Attend client meetings to provide support and follow-up work with the assistance of filenote.ai.
Support clients in understanding financial products and services tailored to their objectives.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the financial planning process.
Assist Financial Advisers in preparing financial plans, reports, and presentations using Xplan and LivePreso.
Conduct detailed financial modelling and analysis to align strategies with client goals using financial modelling tools such as Xtools, Risk Researcher and WealthSolver.
Research and evaluate financial products, including investments, superannuation, and insurance solutions, to support tailored advice.
Administrative and Compliance Management :Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems such as Xplan, Monday.com and myprosperity.
Ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements in all client interactions and documentation.
Prepare for and follow up on client meetings, ensuring action points are completed efficiently.
Collaboration and Innovation :Work with the financial planning team to refine and improve processes for enhanced client outcomes and operational efficiency.
Participate in ad hoc projects, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
Contribute to fostering a positive, client-focused workplace culture that aligns with the company's values.
These responsibilities combine operational support, technical financial analysis, and direct client interaction, making the role dynamic and essential to a financial planning team.
Required Experience and Knowledge: Two-three years minimum in financial services is essential.
Paraplanning experience preferred.
High level of computer literacy.
Xplan experience preferred.
Proven ability to prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A strong focus on attention to detail.
Able to work in a paperless environment.
Salary range: $85,000-$110,000 (dependent on experience)
